Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee our administrative functions, including facility management, vendor management, security management, and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities: • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of office facilities, ensuring a conducive working environment. • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements. • Security Management: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure employee safety. • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for staff, including transportation, itineraries, and accommodations. • Hotel Bookings: Manage hotel bookings for employees and guests, ensuring cost effectiveness and comfort. • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with various vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. • Stationery and Asset Management: Oversee the inventory and procurement of office supplies and assets, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper record-keeping.
