Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, records, and documents.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Support the HR department in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Monitor office cleanliness and coordinate with maintenance or service providers as needed.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping of office expenses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and support other team members as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
