Position:

Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably CIPET or Chemical).
• MBA/PGDM in International Business (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience:

• 8–18 years of proven experience in

  B2B international sales/exports

  .
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.
• Track record of developing international B2B markets .
• Prior experience in handling exports in

  SAARC countries

  will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  B2B export sales growth

  by identifying business opportunities conducting trials .
• Develop and implement

  sales & export strategies

  aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, and statutory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and channel partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company in international

  trade fairs, B2B exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets

  .

• International travel

  to expand and strengthen business as and when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for B2B deal-making.

• Good knowledge of international trade laws
