International Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new property owners, local partners and real estate agencies in targeted European destinations.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assess competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and oversee smooth onboarding of properties onto the OYO platform.
• Collaborate with central teams across operations, pricing and marketing to optimize performance and revenue.
• Represent OYO Vacation Homes at travel fairs, exhibitions and partner meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and hospitality standards in all markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support data-driven business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales or expansion within hospitality, travel or real estate sectors.
• Prior experience in international or Europe-based expansion roles is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of any of these : German, French, Spanish is a must.
• Self-driven and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach.
