Job Description

Spriny is a global digital services platform where clients can easily order websites, mobile apps, AI automations, chatbots, CRM/ERP setups, e-commerce stores, and custom business systems

USA, Dubai, UK, Canada

This is a high-impact growth role for someone who wants to work with international markets and modern tech services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in USA, Dubai, UK, Canada
  • Target startups, small businesses, agencies, e-commerce stores, coaches, clinics, realtors, etc.
  • Build lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, scraping tools, directories
  • Spot businesses needing:
  • Websites
  • Mobile apps
  • AI chatbots / AI agents
  • Automation workflows
  • CRM / ERP setups
  • Billing & business software
  • E-commerce custom work
  • No-code tools

Outbound Prospecting

  • Daily outreach via LinkedIn DMs, email, WhatsApp (international friendly)
  • Send personalized messages to founders/decision makers
  • Follow up consistently
  • Generate

    50–100 high-quality leads every month

Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Understand client requirements
  • Qualify prospects
  • Book meetings for the founder/sales closer
  • Maintain daily pipeline activity

Sales Support

  • Help in preparing proposals and pricing
  • Follow up with warm leads
  • Move them into the Spriny onboarding flow

CRM & Reporting

  • Update lead stages in Spriny CRM
  • Track follow-ups
  • Weekly performance reporting

  • Required Skills

    • Strong English (global communication level)
    • Experience in IT, SaaS, digital services, or tech sales
    • Understanding of modern services:
    • AI chatbots
    • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Integrations)
    • Websites & apps
    • CRM, ERP, business systems
    • Shopify/Wix/Webflow
    • Strong research & lead-hunting skills
    • Self-driven and target-oriented personality

    ✔️ Good-to-Have:

    • Experience with USA/UAE markets
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Experience in B2B outbound
    • No-code & automation exposure

  • KPIs (Performance Indicators)

    • 50–100 qualified leads per month
    • 20–30 meetings booked per month
    • 80–120 outbound messages per day
    • Strong follow-up pipeline
    • Improved conversion over time

  • Compensation

    • Salary:

      ₹20,000 – ₹80,000/month

      (based on experience)
    • Performance incentives for meetings + closures
    • Path to grow into

      Sales Manager / International Sales Lead

      in 12–18 month
