As an International Business Development Executive at Qu essentials Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy foods in India. With a manufacturing facility in KIADB Industrial Area, Malur, and a sales office in Whitefield, Bangalore, our growth stage company is dedicated to serving over 1000 clients with a turnover of around 10 Million US$. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. - Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets. - Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services. - Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports. **Qualification Required:** - BBA/MBA/BMS/PGDM in International Business/Marketing, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in dealing with International sales of Agro commodities like Chilli, Sesame, Pumpkin Seeds, Millets, Quinoa, Chia Seeds, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Energetic individuals with a keen interest in understanding people and establishing good business relations. - Proficiency in lead generation.,
