We are a technology-driven, early-stage startup based in Goa, but our sights are set on the United States market. Our portfolio is diverse, spanning Services (custom dev/consulting), Goods (chemicals, commodities and other products), and a core, scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for HR services - Upfound.ai. As a small team with limited initial revenue, we need an to build and close our pipeline of US business owners.
The Role: Customer Acquisition & Relationship Manager
This is the foundational sales role, demanding a high-degree of autonomy, tenacity, and a deep understanding of the US business environment. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing deals across our diverse portfolio, with a strategic emphasis on driving adoption and Recurring Revenue (MRR) from our SaaS platform.
