About AMDG Collective, LLP

We are a technology-driven, early-stage startup based in Goa, but our sights are set on the United States market. Our portfolio is diverse, spanning Services (custom dev/consulting), Goods (chemicals, commodities and other products), and a core, scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for HR services - Upfound.ai. As a small team with limited initial revenue, we need an to build and close our pipeline of US business owners.

The Role: Customer Acquisition & Relationship Manager

This is the foundational sales role, demanding a high-degree of autonomy, tenacity, and a deep understanding of the US business environment. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing deals across our diverse portfolio, with a strategic emphasis on driving adoption and Recurring Revenue (MRR) from our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities1. US Market Sales & Pipeline Generation (Outbound Focus)

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively research, identify, and qualify US-based business owners and key stakeholders (target accounts) through strategic outbound channels (cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn).
  • Time Zone Alignment: Be prepared to work US-aligned hours (e.g., late afternoons/evenings in Goa) to effectively communicate and conduct discovery calls and demos.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle for our diverse products—from initial engagement and qualification to demonstration, objection handling, commercial proposal, and administrative support will be there for contract negotiation.
  • SaaS Acumen: Drive the narrative around our SaaS offering, demonstrating clear ROI and securing new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

2. Product Mastery & Cross-Portfolio Selling

  • Multi-Product Fluency: Quickly master the value propositions of our entire portfolio (Outsourced Services, Goods, and SaaS), tailoring the pitch based on the US prospect's specific pain points.
  • Value Communication: Articulate the benefits and competitive advantages of an India-based partner to the US market, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Business differentiator is American Founder and CEO managing company operations - we understand the American market!
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with US prospects, acting as the company's first point of contact and brand ambassador.

3. Reporting, Metrics & Strategic Input

  • CRM & Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain a clean, active sales pipeline and detailed records in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Be accountable for achieving targets based on our key metrics:
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated
  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) closed
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency
  • Annual Contract Value (ACV) of deals closed
  • Market Feedback: Provide critical, structured feedback to the founding team on US market trends, competitive landscape, and feature gaps to guide product and service roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a high-volume SDR/BDR role.
  • SaaS/Tech Sales: Limited prior revenue/sales experience for SaaS products is strongly appreciated. A fundamental understanding of subscription models, CLTV, and B2B tech sales is a major advantage.
  • US Market Exposure: Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with US clients/prospects. Familiarity with US business etiquette and communication style is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal) is non-negotiable for targeting the US market.
  • Mindset: Highly tenacious, resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with the ambiguity and high expectations of a startup targeting a challenging international market.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours to overlap significantly with US business time zones (e.g., 1 PM - 10 PM IST or similar shift).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive fixed base salary of INR 30K commensurate with sales standards in Goa.
  • Variable Pay (Incentives): An aggressive, performance-based commission structure with exceptional OTE (on target earnings) opportunities tied to new revenue, especially recurring revenue (MRR) from SaaS and services.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
