Job Description

Support and document HR Shared Services processes.
Perform data validation checks across HR systems and assist in employee file audits.
Research country-specific HR regulations and create compliance fact sheets.
Analyze service ticket trends to identify recurring issues and suggest automation or process improvements.
Provide insights on working styles, communication preferences, and workplace expectations for new hires.
Contribute to designing onboarding materials and training modules.
Monitor payroll transition milestones and flag risks or delays; suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance payroll efficiency.
Collaborate with Director HR Services, Global Functional Teams, Country HR Leadership and Business Partners, Payroll & Benefits Services Vendors, HR Services teams, Rewards Teams, Talent Acquisition, External authorities, consultants, and suppliers.

Job Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and a process-oriented mindset are essential.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, AI applications, and HRIS systems is desirable.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus (Arabic, French, German, Hebrew, Turkish).
Must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
