Job Description

Overview

Ventra is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern Compensation Analyst to support our Associate Director, Compensation during the 2025 merit review cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in compensation analysis and global HR operations. The intern will contribute to consolidating, organizing, and analyzing data from the US, Philippines, and India markets.

Responsibilities

Assist in consolidating and maintaining compensation data across multiple spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency.
Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of compensation metrics and calculations.
Support the preparation of analyses and reports to aid decision-making during the merit review cycle.
Collaborate with global HR and compensation teams to understand market-specific needs and nuances.
Contribute to the development of dashboards and presentations summarizing findings and insights.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for compensation data and analysis as required.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
