Job Description

SAP BW Management

Maintain and enhance the SAP BW environment, including data models, InfoProviders, and queries.
Ensure optimal performance of data loads and reporting processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot BW process chains and data flows.

Integration with SAP HR

Manage data extraction from the on-premise SAP HR system to SAP BW.
Ensure accurate and timely availability of HR data for reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with HR functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Data Integration & Distribution

Support the integration of SAP BW data into external systems, including the global HR data lake.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance across platforms.

Collaborate with enterprise data teams to align on data architecture and governance.

Team Coordination

Provide functional leadership to two offshore resources handling support tickets and small-scale technical enhancements.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and implementation of minor changes.

Review and validate deliverables from offshore team members to maintain quality standards.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports using SAP BW tools.

Support business users in accessing and interpreting HR data.

Technical Governance & Support

Document data models, interfaces, and reporting logic.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders
