Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Institutional Sales Manager with a background in hotel sales or hospitality product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our institutional client base—including hotels, resorts, restaurants, corporate accounts, and other hospitality institutions. This role is ideal for a professional who has previously worked as a Sales Representative selling to or from hotels and is ready to take the next step in strategic account management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Business Development:
• Identify, target, and acquire institutional clients including hotel chains, resorts, event venues, and corporate partners.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Account Management:
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts; understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Regularly conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership (if applicable):
• Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor or supervise junior sales reps as needed.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Forecast revenue and manage sales budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector, preferably with hotels or suppliers to hotels.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Background:

• Experience selling hospitality products or services such as F&B, amenities, housekeeping solutions, hotel tech, or operational supplies.
• Existing network within hotel procurement or operations departments.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
