As an Institutional Sales Manager at EC-Council located in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with Universities and Colleges, contributing to the sales and profitability of Institutional/Academia Programs in the assigned territory. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for setting revenue and profitability targets, establishing sales objectives, forecasting annual sales quotas, and building the required order book. Your main focus will be on identifying, building, and managing the Total Addressable Market for EC-Council's Academia Programs in the designated region. Moreover, you will need to develop strategic business plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories - Identify, build, and manage Total Addressable Market for Academia Programs - Engage with academia for business development and key academic influencers - Maintain relationships with key academicians and understand curriculum mapping - Design and implement a strategic business plan for customer base expansion - Stay updated with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors - Identify new opportunities, resolve issues, and gather competitive information **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in sales & business development, preferably in Edtech industry - Neutral accent and fluent communication skills in English - Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking - Familiarity with cybersecurity or related technology sectors is advantageous In addition to the job details, EC-Council is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities during the application process.
