Job Description

As an Institutional Sales Manager in Delhi NCR, your primary role will be to drive sales growth within institutional clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential institutional clients and develop a strategic sales plan to target them - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and resolve any issues that may arise - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field - Proven experience in institutional sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule.
