Inside Sales Specialist

You are a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist responsible for driving the growth of telematics solutions. Your strong background in selling technology solutions, particularly in the telematics industry, will be crucial to your success in this role. Your main responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, presenting and demonstrating telematics solutions, providing technical product knowledge, and closing deals to meet sales targets. You will be tasked with prospecting new customers in the telematics, fleet management, automotive, and IoT sectors. Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as fleet management, logistics, transportation, and automotive OEMs will be essential. You will need to effectively present and demonstrate telematics solutions like GPS tracking, vehicle diagnostics, driver behavior monitoring, and fleet management platforms to prospects and clients. Your ability to provide technical product knowledge and consultative sales to address customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions will play a key role in your success. Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets will be a core part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale satisfaction is also required. Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM tools is important for tracking progress and performance. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for this role. Additionally, having 2 to 5 years of experience with B2B sales and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles will be beneficial.,
