About the Role:-

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist who can convert leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales with confidence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to convert qualified leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch the right product/solution.
• Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead nurturing and closure.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status & communication notes.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams for better lead quality and pitch refinement.

Required Skills & experience:-

• Minimum

  1 year of Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C sales

  experience.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Comfortable working with targets & fast-paced environments.
• CRM usage knowledge is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
