Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Representative – IT

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound communication by phone and email to a large volume of cold and warm leads daily.
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reports.
  • Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain lead records and activities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of related inside sales for Google cloud / AWS cloud / Azure cloud / IT products – Oracle / Microsoft / IBM / SAP etc.,
  • Experience selling in a business-to-business environment is a plus
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being too aggressive
  • Great verbal and written communication and time management skills are a must
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook/Gmail, MS Office, and SalesForce.
