Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements related to finance, budgeting, and accounting Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules : General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash & Bank Management Expense Management Budgeting Good knowledge on costing Collaborate with technical teams to design customizations and integrations Lead functional workshops , user training sessions, and testing (UAT) Support post-go-live activities and end-user troubleshooting Document functional designs, processes, and user guides Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant Understanding of financial business processes Experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementation MR report knowledge Familiarity with Power Platform , LCS , and DevOps Excellent communication and documentation skills Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance (preferred) Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Professional finance qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CS) are a plus
