Job Title: D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant Location: India Experience Required: 8+ Years Employment Type: Remote Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules and a strong background in financial business processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of D365 F&O Finance modules Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Configure core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business stakeholders Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives Understanding of the functionality of security, data migration, and cutover activities. Testing role Need understanding of RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) Understanding of security roles, requirement gathering, and implementation of it. Reporting requirement Rollback strategy Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience with ERP systems. Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting principles Experience with global rollouts and multi-entity implementations Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance are required.
