Key responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine – owning the sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting high-potential leads to closing deals that genuinely change lives.


What You'll Do:

  • Hunt, identify, and connect with HR decision-makers in mid to large-sized companies
  • Drive outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) with a consultative pitch
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the funnel
  • Deliver product demos, build proposals, and close the deal
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies


Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in Fintech or SaaS
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills
  • Hunger to win – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Prior experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho) is a plus
