Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our software development services and ERP products.
• Reach out to small companies to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the software industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product offerings and features.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of software development services and products is a plus.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.

Compensation Structure:

Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) plus attractive commissions for achieving targets.
