Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growth team. The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles - from prospecting and outreach to demo coordination and closure — focused on HR leaders, CHROs, and CXOs. You’ll play a key role in positioning wellness as a business advantage and supporting organizations in adopting Mindelphi’s programs.


Location: Remote

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in B2B or HR tech sales)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for HR and business leaders.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Understand client needs, tailor proposals, and coordinate with the client success team for onboarding.
  • Manage CRM updates and track engagement metrics.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve positioning and outreach.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of handling B2B conversations and achieving targets.
  • Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, outreach automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
