About the Role:

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and communication-savvy professionals to join our ODEJEO process team. If you’ve got a knack for building rapport with customers, upselling products/services, and delivering exceptional service — this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer interactions with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services where possible
• Meet and exceed set targets for sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year

  of experience in sales, upselling, or a similar role

• Excellent communication skills

  (both verbal and written)
• Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
