Job Description

The Role


We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to own and build core parts of our product - from mobile apps to backend systems to AI-powered health orchestration. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape architecture, scale systems, and bring our product vision to life.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale our mobile app (React Native) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript).
  • Integrate APIs for commerce flows.
  • Work with AI/ML models for personalization, symptom triage, and program orchestration.
  • Collaborate on product requirements, design, and technical roadmap with the founding team.
  • Ship fast, iterate, and improve - across UX, performance, and reliability.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of full-stack development (React Native + Node.js/TS).
  • Strong system design skills; ability to think in terms of scalable platforms.
  • Comfort with API integrations, cloud hosting (AWS), and devops basics.
  • Bonus: experience with healthcare tech, wearables, or AI/ML.
  • Startup mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership.
