Location: Bangalore, IndiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: Core Responsibilities:Taking end-to-end ownership and responsibility.Collaborative, team focus and great communication skills.Process oriented knowledge.Should be responsible for planning, design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, devices, and appliances to ensure seamless infrastructure performance.Specialized in handling Cisco ISE including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.Support and maintain complete Network Infrastructure including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.Perform daily operational tasks and service requests submitted by customers/users.Troubleshoot network problems and device configurations, coordinating with various teams to resolve connectivity issues.Ready to go on fields across cities for implementation and configuration setup.Prepare and update network topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), create maintenance plans, and provide regular status reports and project documentations.Core Technical Skills:Cisco ISE: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, including deployment, maintenance troubleshooting, and optimization.Switches/Routers/Firewalls: Proficient in set-up, configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting.WLC/AP: Hands-On experience with Cisco Wireless Products - WLC (Wireless LAN Controllers), Access Points (AP).Deep understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a, b, g), 802.1x, Wi-Fi.Strong knowledge of Wired and WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, IDS/IPS using Radius, AAA authentication, EAP, LEAP, PEAP, PSK, WEP encryption, WPA, WPA2, WPA3 and certificate-based authentication.Strong knowledge of network switching and routing, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.Knowledge on Cisco DNAC, SD-Access, SD-WAN.Experience analysing network traffic using tools like TCP Dump and Wireshark.Solid understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP network models with practical troubleshooting examples.Familiarity with NAC -security technologies and its integration into network infrastructures.Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP Security) is preferred.Soft Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and SOPs.Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues.Mandatory Skills:Hands-on expertise in Network Switching and Routing and CISCO ISE.
