Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume

  cold calling

  to generate qualified leads from US, UK, and EU regions.
• Research, identify, and connect with potential clients through

  email, phone, and social media

  .
• Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively to generate interest.
• Set up qualified meetings/demos for the sales and account management teams.
• Maintain and update lead/prospect information in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target markets in the US/UK/EU regions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in

  inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation

  (international focus).
• Proven track record of engaging decision-makers in

  B2B environments

  across US/UK/EU.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication

  skills in English.
• Strong experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha).
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, staffing, digital marketing, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in

  US/UK shifts
