We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling , lead generation , and managing B2B sales cycles across US, UK, and EU markets . This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive qualified leads into the pipeline for the business development team. Key Responsibilities : Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate qualified leads from US, UK, and EU regions. Research, identify, and connect with potential clients through email, phone, and social media . Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up. Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively to generate interest. Set up qualified meetings/demos for the sales and account management teams. Maintain and update lead/prospect information in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target markets in the US/UK/EU regions. Requirements : 2+ years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation (international focus). Proven track record of engaging decision-makers in B2B environments across US/UK/EU. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha). Experience in SaaS, IT services, staffing, digital marketing, or enterprise solutions is preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in US/UK shifts . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
