About the Role

We are hiring calling specialists who will represent Urban Company and provide high-quality customer support for our Revamp category. If you are confident on calls, fluent in Hindi and English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to assigned customer leads within defined timelines.
2. Share accurate information about UC's Revamp category and assist customers with their queries.
3. Drive clarity and confidence by explaining product/service features in a simple, helpful manner.
4. Document call outcomes, update customer records, and maintain accurate logs in the system.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering timely assistance and professional communication.

Requirements

• Proficien

  cy in Hindi & E

  nglish (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools
• Previous calling/support experience preferred but not mandatory
