Inside Sales Specialist

We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – IT Services
Location: Noida
Experience: 2+ Years (Outbound IT Sales)

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new leads, schedule prospect meetings, and support revenue growth. If you have strong outbound B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads through discovery calls and schedule demos for the sales team
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns
• Drive outbound sales activities: cold calling, emailing, networking
• Meet monthly/quarterly lead-generation targets
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CIO)
• Support lead nurturing and pipeline expansion initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of outbound IT sales experience
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, services & solutions
• Proficiency with CRM tools & sales automation platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence decision-makers and drive conversions
