Senior Tender specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Tender Executive with strong expertise in handling end-to-end tender processes within the IT domain.

Experience- 4 to 5 years
Location- Noida sec-63

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tender life cycle from RFI, RFP, EOI, BOQ to final submission.
• Handling GeM portal and CPPP E-Procurement platforms.
• Preparing proposal, commercial & financial bids, financial documents.
• Ensuring technical compliance with tender specifications.
• Conducting L1 comparisons, proposal reviews & price negotiations.
• Tender database management & maintaining tender records on a daily basis.

Skills & Expertise:

✅ IT domain tendering expertise
✅ Experience with GeM & CPPP platforms✅ Strong knowledge of tender documentation & compliance
✅ Ability to handle technical specifications & bid submissions
✅ Excellent in record-keeping & tender database management
