Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle inbound inquiries from website, WhatsApp, ads, and social media.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products (Rudraksha, Karungali, Gemstones, Astrology Services).
• Convert warm leads into successful orders through effective communication.

Customer Interaction

• Make outbound follow-up calls for abandoned carts, COD verification, and product queries.
• Respond to WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
• Clearly explain product authenticity, benefits, certifications, and usage.

Sales Delivery

• Meet daily/weekly conversion targets.
• Update lead remarks, status, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Shopify/Ozonetel.
• Work closely with operations to ensure timely order processing.

Upselling & Cross-selling

• Pitch combos, festive offers, and frequently bought-together items.
• Maximize AOV through strategic recommendations.

Customer Experience

• Maintain polite, empathetic, and trust-building communication.
• Resolve customer doubts and ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/telesales/customer conversions.
• Strong communication skills –

  Hindi mandatory

  ; English preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close high-intent customers.
• Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Ozonetel, WhatsApp Business, CRMs.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and motivated.

Good to Have

• Experience in D2C, wellness, astrology, gemstones, or spiritual product sales.
• Understanding of Rudraksha, crystals, energy-based products.
