Inside Sales Representative

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or business development roles, preferably in the B2B tech or SaaS space . Their main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads via cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups , and support the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate leads across target industries Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them over to the sales team Maintain a strong understanding of our products to effectively communicate value propositions Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team Use CRM tools to track and update lead interactions, pipeline progress, and follow-up activities Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and outreach targets Requirements 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales (preferably B2B or SaaS) Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi proficiency required) Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. Based in Mumbai and open to hybrid or office-based working Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Cybersecurity or data privacy , compliance , SaaS , or IT services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead intelligence tools Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹12,240.65 - ₹41,614.50 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
