Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are eager to begin a career in project management. You will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in coordinating projects from initiation through delivery. Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources using project management tools. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Help manage documentation and ensure all files are properly maintained. Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying risks or delays. Provide administrative support as needed.
