Inside Sales Rep 2

As a Sales Support Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in leading customer engagements and managing complex sales support. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing sales support on complex engagements while maintaining the sales pipeline and achieving goals. - Initiating customer contact and proactively engaging with customers to sell our offerings. - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products/services and effectively communicating their value propositions. - Collaborating with senior management to contribute to long-term sales strategies. - Staying updated about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. - Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. - Analyzing sales data, trends, and market insights to prepare accurate sales forecasts. - Collaborating closely with other departments to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement. - Identifying areas for process enhancement within the sales cycle. - Exploring and identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships. Education & Experience Recommended: - High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience. - Typically 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales.
