Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation strategies, nurturing relationships to convert prospects into clients. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that client expectations are met while achieving company objectives. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in inside sales or related field. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of meeting sales goals. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making. Preferred Experience in urban development services or related industries. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs. Knowledge of digital sales techniques and tools.
