Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years Education: Any Graduation Language Preference: English, Hindi or Kannada. Responsibilities: Communicate with potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads. Understand customer needs and identify appropriate sales opportunities. Answer queries and share additional product/service information via email. Stay updated on product and service features and enhancements. Maintain a database of current and prospective customers and build strong rapport. Clearly explain product and service features to potential customers. Organize and conduct sales visits and demonstrations. Stay informed about competing products/services in the market. Research and qualify leads effectively. Upsell relevant products and services. Drive the sales process to closure and meet sales targets. Follow up with customers for advance and balance payments. Requirements: Prior experience in outbound calling, tele-calling, or sales-related roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet search tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and sales skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with process discipline. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player. Willingness to travel when required. Experience in the education sector is an added advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
