Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Qualify leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
Conduct product/service presentations and online demos for clients.
Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize conversions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer data accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
14 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent results.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in B2B / IT / SaaS / Telecom / Industrial Sales.
Prior experience in handling international clients (if applicable).
