About Us:

Role:

This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Managing end customers / SI partners to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Educating customers with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Hold ongoing performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommend improvements
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Fire Alarm systems, including design, configuration, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Ability to propose, design, and present end-to-end Fire Alarm systems to consultants, end users, and contractors.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the Fire Alarm and ELV domain.
  • Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and SAP software for tracking sales activities and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and technology.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project and client requirements.
