Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their home interior needs and preferences.
Product/Service Promotion: Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our home interior offerings, emphasizing quality, design aesthetics, and functionality, and fix the meeting with the design and sales team.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling from databases,, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts and databases.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing assistance or guidance as necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 2-4 years as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role in the home interior design industry will be preferred.
Understanding of home interior products, design concepts, and customer needs will be preferred.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
A passion for home interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
