Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software domain. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored SAP-related solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, pre-sales) to support client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Represent Togglenow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/SAP services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and enterprise software landscape.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
