Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive / IT Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with clients across the domains. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions. Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales/technical team. Maintain an accurate and updated CRM and sales pipeline. Follow up with potential clients and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Research industry trends and market intelligence to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–8 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, or business development. Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and terminologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Cyber Security, AI/ML, IoT, ERP, or CRM solutions . Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools. Prior experience in selling IT services to domestic clients is a plus.
