Job Description

We are looking for Inside sales executives/Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives - Voice Process (day shift) with 1-2 years of experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred (not mandatory).
1 - 2 years of experience in
Inside Sales,

telecalling, tele sales, outbound customer service, B2C/B2B Sales, Outbound Calling, Telesales or a related role.
Excellent communication skills
Cold calling, lead generation and customer handling
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Should be target-driven and self-motivated.
