We specialize in innovative software products like POS systems, restaurant management tools, and eCommerce platforms that help businesses grow faster and smarter. Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, conducting product demos, and closing sales — primarily through phone, email, and digital channels. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and social media. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Extraaaz products (POS, Emark, etc.). Conduct online product demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly. Follow up with leads to ensure pipeline growth and timely closure. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads to paying customers. Maintain detailed CRM records of calls, leads, and opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with customers for renewals and upselling. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B SaaS sales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory). Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM tools. Tech-savvy and quick to learn software applications. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation. Nice to HaveExperience in selling POS, ERP, or SaaS products. Knowledge of restaurant or retail industry workflows.
