Through our Franchise Model, we are building a strong partner network across India. We are looking for Inside Sales Executives in our in-house team who will be the first point of contact for franchise leads, nurturing them until closure. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from franchise leads. Explain the Franchise Model, investment, ROI, and support structure to potential partners. Qualify leads, maintain accurate data, and pass warm leads to field sales executives when needed. Conduct online presentations / Zoom meetings with prospects for detailed discussions. Nurture leads with timely follow-ups until they convert into franchise partners. Maintain and update lead pipeline in the CRM system daily. Coordinate with the field sales team for visits, demos, and closures. Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and assist in meeting overall team goals. Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and marketing campaigns. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). 1–2 years of Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation / Franchise Sales experience. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language. Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and closing ability. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
