We are seeking Field Sales Executives who will drive franchise sales, build relationships, and ensure business growth in assigned regions. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads for potential franchise partners in the assigned territory. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and B2B meetings to explain the franchise model. Present business opportunities, ROI (Return on Investment), and benefits to prospective franchise owners. Assist franchise prospects in completing application, documentation, and onboarding formalities. Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion. Conduct market research to identify untapped locations for new franchise opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners for ongoing support and growth. Report daily/weekly sales activities, leads, and conversions to the Sales Manager. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of field sales / B2B sales / franchise sales experience. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
