Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries generated via website, ads, or campaigns.
  • Engage customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand requirements.
  • Recommend suitable audio-video products and solutions based on usage and budget.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up for deal closure.
  • Maintain lead details, sales pipeline, and customer data in CRM.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with premium customers for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition (preferably in electronics, appliances, or e-commerce).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Good product knowledge or interest in home audio, theatre, and AV systems.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and handling daily lead follow-ups.
  • Result-oriented, confident, and driven by targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
