Inside Sales Specialist
Designation: Commensurate with experience
Job Location: Noida Sector-1
Role Type: Individual Contributor

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation.

Vision for the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with the primary responsibility of identifying new clients and generating qualified leads. The role focuses on creating demand by understanding client needs, scheduling demos with the sales team, and nurturing prospects into opportunities. The ultimate goal is to build a strong pipeline and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Identification & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential new clients across target segments.
  • Proactively reach out through cold calls, follow-ups, and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads to ensure a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements, generate demand, and position solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule demos with the sales team to showcase solutions and convert opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.

Client Understanding & Relationship Building

  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand business challenges.
  • Align solutions to client requirements to create consultative value.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling once relationships are established.

Collaboration & Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with the Sales team to align on lead management and revenue targets.
  • Support client success by ensuring a smooth handover to delivery/implementation teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
  • Strong ability to identify and qualify new clients.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented with a process-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and drive sales conversations independently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a passion for identifying new clients, lead generation, and creating business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
