Inside Sales Executive (Hindi) - Job description – Chitchat - Join us in redefining the customer communication experience -  Location: JP Nagar Phase 1, Bengaluru  Job Type: Full-time, Work in Office  Website: https://chitchaat.biz/ Chitchaat is a multichannel messaging engagement platform that helps businesses connect with their customers across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice, RCS, and more. With automation, analytics, and seamless API integrations, we’re redefining how brands communicate at scale.    This role isn’t just about cold calls or meeting sales targets—it's about enabling our sales team to succeed and ensuring a seamless experience for our merchant partners. You’ll play a key role in assisting with merchant communication, coordinating internal sales resources, and supporting overall sales operations.    You will be Responsible for:    Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.  Proactively initiate contact with potential business Build and maintain a good relationship with existing merchants to facilitate repeat business  Assist the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination  Support the creation of high-quality sales presentations and attend meetings when required  Respond promptly to merchant inquiries and provide post-sales assistance  Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and generate reports as needed  Act as the go-to support for sales representatives and help troubleshoot merchant concerns  Conduct research to identify new markets and business needs Be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship    Must Have:  Strong communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi)  Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.  Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.  Qualifications:  Diploma/ Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline, MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).  Fresher-1 years of experience in inside sales / business development.  Why Join Us?  Opportunity to be part of a high-growth fintech startup.  Work directly with founders and sales leadership.  Attractive fixed salary INR15000-INR25000 based on interview performance Growth path towards Key Account Manager / Sales Manager.    Take the Lead:  Help us build the future of customer engagement—join Chitchat’s Sales team today! hr@payfin.tech
