Inside Sales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for our IT products and software solutions. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and convert them into potential sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to management. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products / software solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in inside sales / software sales / SaaS sales / IT solutions sales. Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Ability to engage decision-makers and influence purchase decisions. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling. Knowledge of IT products, SaaS, or software solutions is an added advantage.
