Conduct cold calls and outbound emails to prospects across India.
Set appointments for demos or virtual meetings.
Maintain and update lead database on Zoho CRM.
Follow up regularly with leads and coordinate with field team.
Share product brochures and quotes to interested parties.
Requirements:
1–2 years in telecalling/B2B inside sales.
Fluent in English and Hindi; Tamil/other Indian languages a plus.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Working knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
