Inside Sales Executive

• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students/parents.
• Understand student goals, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations; provide appropriate course recommendations.
• Convert leads into enrollments by clearly explaining program features, benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital ads, webinars, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly targets for conversions, follow-up calls, and revenue.
• Coordinate with academic counseling teams, marketing, and operations for smooth student onboarding.
• Participate in virtual/onsite events, webinars, and counselling sessions when needed.
• Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality, student trends, and competitive insights.
• Maintain knowledge of education industry trends, competitor offerings, and curriculum updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or admissions—preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
• Ability to understand student requirements and offer suitable program solutions.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, or admission systems.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in business, marketing, or education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
