Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Mira Bhayandar. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and building strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will actively identify opportunities, present solutions, and guide potential customers through the sales process. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of client communications, offering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects into customers.
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track record of success in Sales with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field is advantageous.
